Due to the high demand for Dr. Toscano and to the high demand of services from our staff members, all appointments require a credit card to secure them. We understand that at times you may need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations of appointments in less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee, unless the cancellation is due to an emergent nature. Clients that fail to show up for their appointments will be charged a $50 NO SHOW fee. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to shorten or cancel appointments for late arrivals. Our policy applies to Groupon, Social Media, or website promotions as well. Promotional coupons cannot be extended.
Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non refundable and are non redeemable for cash.
Gratuities & Tipping
Gratuity is not included in the price of your treatment. 15-20% of the service fee is customary for each spa staff member that provided you with a service. It is easiest to leave the gratuity with a front desk assistant prior to your departure.
In order to maintain a quiet, relaxing, and tranquil environment for all of our spa clients, we require that you make other arrangements for your children for your time in the spa.
To maintain a quiet and calming environment, and to avoid annoying those around you, we ask that all cellular phones be turned off while visiting the spa.
All product sales are final. If an allergic reaction develops due to one of our products, you may return the product for a store credit. A photograph of the reaction may be required.
