Spa Policies

For new clients, for parties of two or more or for appointments for medical services or multiple services, a valid credit card number must be provided to make a spa reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for the services of Dr. Toscano and our staff members, all appointments require a valid credit card number on file to secure them. We understand that at times you may need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee, unless the cancellation is due to an emergent nature. Clients who fail to show up for their appointments will be charged a
“NO SHOW” fee. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel your appointment. Our policy applies to Living Social, Social Media, and website promotions as well.

Gratuities & Tipping

Gratuity is not included in the price of your treatment. 15-20% of the service fee is customary for each spa staff member that provided you with a service. It is easiest to leave the gratuity with a Front Desk Assistant as you check out.


In order to maintain a quiet, relaxing, and tranquil environment for all of our spa clients, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children during your time in the spa.

Cell Phones

To maintain a quiet and calming environment, and to avoid annoying those around you, we ask that all cellular phones be turned off while visiting the spa.


All product sales are final. If an allergic reaction develops due to one of our products, you may return the product for a store credit.

All service and product prices are subject to change without notice. Offers, Coupons, Discounts, & Promotions cannot be extended or combined under any circumstances. We reserve the right to change the price of products, services or the length of service times without notice.
