Spa Etiquette

Help us provide a calm and serene atmosphere for all. We ask that you use soft, quiet voices in the spa and put your cell phones on “vibrate”. Also please leave young children at home. All of our spa patrons deserve a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing experience without interruption.

Therapist Gratuity

It is standard practice in the spa environment to give your therapist gratuity after receiving services from them. 15-20% of the cost of the service is customary. However, gratuity is a gesture to be given at your discretion.

Your Appointment

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow you time to change, relax and fill out the required intake forms. Personal lockers and spa wardrobe is provided for your comfort. We regret that a late arrival for your spa appointment will deprive you of some of your valuable treatment time. To ensure availability, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to your departure.

Cancellations

To provide the best possible service for all, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who fail to show for their
appointments must secure future appointments with a credit card.
